Description: Albert (Bert) Hapner, (1874-1951) and Fred Ainger (1868-1936) with a large catch of fish from the Yellowstone River, Bozeman, Montana. Bert was the brother of Leora Hapner; Hapner Hall at MSU was named for her. Ainger Lake in the Bridger Mountains was named after Fred. He was also known as Fred Enger and was a ranger in the Bridger Mountains. Vintage 5x7 in. print

Stone (1821-1907 ), (seated on the right). The brothers farmed in the Gallatin Valley and Franklin worked at the Salesville Bank. Emma was known to be the first white woman to visit the geysers in Yellowstone National Park in 1872. Vintage 7.5x9.5 in. print.
